Terms and Conditions
Safe Sleep Compliance

I agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with the AAP safe sleep guidelines and recommendations including. I agree to notify Lullaby Lauren of any unsafe sleep practices, and understand that Lullaby Lauren is not liable for my baby’s safety, I am.
Medical Disclosure

I agree to check with my GP if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.

I agree to disclose any medical conditions which my baby has or relevant medical history prior to the commencement of sleep training to Lullaby Lauren.

Lullaby Lauren advice is a guide only. I agree to seek medical advice from other professionals in matters relating to lactation, nutrition, weight issues, other medical conditions etc if needed.
Privacy and Sleep Information/Support

Any changes you make to your baby’s sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision and Lullaby Lauren only makes suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.

I understand that my sleep plan and guide is meant for my baby and I only and should not be shared with a third party (excluding other medical professionals). Any party found to be sharing sleep plans and guides will be liable for the cost of the shared program.

I acknowledge that any advice given to me by Lullaby Lauren (both verbally and in writing) are intended for my use and my use alone. Sharing this advice with other parents or carers could potentially be inappropriate for another baby/child.

If during the provision of our services, we attempt to contact you three (3) times and we receive no response whatsoever, it will be assumed that our services are no longer required and deemed complete.

The advice provided by Lullaby Lauren is not medical advice. If your child is under the care of a paediatrician, lactation consultant or doctor, the advice received from those specialists must take precedence over our advice.

Access to end of support documentation and services is only available to clients who complete the support period and not if the support period is terminated early.

On our site and social media, we present real-life examples of and insights into other customers’ and/or clients’ experiences with our products and/or services for illustration purposes only. Any results presented demonstrate to users what can be possible, but are not intended to represent or guarantee that any current of future users of our programs, courses, products and/or services will achieve the same or similar results.

Where you have provided testimonials (in any format), you acknowledge that we may use these along with reference to you on our site and social media channels, or any other avenue, for promotional and other purposes at our discretion.
Cancellations and Refunds

If your child becomes ill and is unable to commence the sleep program then the program may be postponed to a mutually agreed upon later date. This is at Lullaby Lauren’s discretion and dependent upon availability.

Cancellations of services less than 72 hours prior to initial phone consultation will be refunded 50% of the fee.

No refunds will be provided if success is not achieved during the support period. Due to the nature of the support, there is no guarantee of the results.

No refunds will be provided if you decide this is not the right service for your family after receiving the sleep plan or commencing your support period with us.
