Holistic Sleep Coach

As a mother of two, I have been in your tired shoes! I know how much sleep (or lack there-of) can completely impact how you see out your days as well as how restless nights truly impede on our little ones' growth and development.

As a first time mum, I fell completely into the dark hole of 'shoulds' and 'should nots' when it came to my son's sleep. I was lost and often felt confused trying to find the 'right' way to settle my son. What I shamefully put aside was my own intuition and disregarded what genuinely felt good and easy when helping my boy to sleep, for the fear of setting up 'bad habits' or 'negative sleep associations'.

 

The sleep industry is a noisy one, full of contradicting advice and navigating sleep journeys can be an extremely challenging one, particularly as a new parent. 

When I had my second son, I vowed to follow my gut. I settled him in a way that I felt was right, what felt good and what was easy and sustainable for me at the time. Once I had let those external pressures go, sleep finally felt stress-free!

My role as a sleep coach is to help you build confidence into feeling the same way. I truly pride myself on being compassionate, honest and whole-heartedly supportive in helping you find more restorative sleep for everyone in your family in a gradual and holistic way.

I don't offer quick fixes or bandaid solutions. I look at the big picture, analyse all aspects that can affect quality sleep and offer tailored support to reach attainable goals.
